
Bro, I dunno why but I'm having difficulty to get really good sleep. I've put some effort to improve my sleep. As you can see, I have tried this stupid way several times and I know the success rate is very low (LOL). It will get really worse when somebody is not around to wake me up and really really tired at that particular time. I've even late to work due to this stupid technique.

I've been through this situation alot. I really like waking up around 3.00 a.m. and go for a piss and drink some water. Then I will say to myself " Huh i still have 4 hours of really good sleep, I will use this 4 hours to the max". Going to the bed with " i'm gonna sleep like mofo"
Then shits hit the fan, after I woke up every time, I will feel like I just slept for 10 minutes. This is really irritating and frustrating at the same time. Somehow the feeling that something is not achieve or incomplete. Then I have to rush through Kesas from Sunway with the shitty feeling, and in the hope of the next day I will get a good sleep.
But somehow, this has been surpassed after I got married to my wife that will me with her pillow to wake me up. She will even go on the details how I will gonna get screwed if I got late to work.
